Boy A is the title of a 2004 novel by British writer Jonathan Trigell. The book is the story of a child criminal released into society as an adult, taking its title from the court practice of concealing the identity of child defendants.Published by Serpent’s Tail in English speaking countries, the novel has been translated into French under the title Jeux d’Enfants published by Gallimard and also into Russian and Spanish. It won the 2004 John Llewellyn Rhys Prize and the 2005 Waverton Good Read Award. On World Book Day (UK) 2008, Boy A was voted The Book to Talk About in the Spread The Word poll.The story has some parallels to the fates of the murderers of James Bulger, although the crime itself differs significantly. Among others, it echoes aspects of the Sakakibara Seito case in Japan and the Mary Bell case.
Mamma Mia! is an upcoming film adaptation of the West End musical of the same name based on the songs of pop group ABBA. The title of the film is taken from the group’s 1975 chart-topper “Mamma Mia”. Mamma Mia! employs the hit songs of famed pop group ABBA to tell the story of Sophie Sheridan (Amanda Seyfried), a young girl who hopes to discover the identity of her father. On the eve of her wedding to Sky (Dominic Cooper), she brings three men, Sam Carmichael (Pierce Brosnan), Bill Austin (Stellan Skarsgard) and Harry Bright (Colin Firth), from her mother Donna’s (Meryl Streep) past back to the Greek island they visited over two decades ago. It will be produced by Universal Pictures in partnership with Playtone and Littlestar. It is slated for a release date of July 11, 2008 in Sweden and the United Kingdom, July 18, 2008 in the United States. Academy Award winner Meryl Streep will head the cast of the film, playing the role of single mother Donna Sheridan. Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skarsgard will play the three potential fathers to Donna’s daughter Sophie (Amanda Seyfried).
The mythical world starts a rebellion against humanity in order to rule the Earth, so Hellboy and his team must save the world from the rebellious creatures.

August is a 2008 drama film directed by Austin Chick. The screenplay by Howard A. Rodman focuses on two brothers, ambitious dot.com entrepreneurs attempting to keep their company afloat as the stock market begins to collapse in August 2001, one month prior to the 9/11 attacks. The film debuted at the 2008 Sundance Film Festival.
